Hercules, Exile

by Scott E. Green

His bloody deeds drove
him to exile in Middle
Sea skies. He could not escape
the loathing he had
for his own murderous ways.

Not even being raised to
godhood can sweep away the
memory that his
hands choked the life out of his

love Hippolyta in his
neutron black rage. His
anger that always blossoms

in murder. Now he
walks the skies above Greece.

A god atoning for murder.
