Villanelle

Concentrate
forever
on her solar eclipse: A delicate corona
never, never
leaving a splash. She is the sender,
a heaving sea in Barcelona,
and I place her here, and concentrate forever
on her strange touch. I had surrendered
to the soft, white milk of her hands. Her salty aromas
never, never
captured in a letter.
Her wetness spilling over and over.
So I should concentrate forever
on her surging waters, her
waves always running back to me,
never, never
