Two Birds

by Zigmund Tauberg

Aquila, the Eagle

In the clear nights, I admire,
Looking at the canopy of heaven,
Two birds with starry wings.
In their heads, Deneb and Altair.

And only through constellations can you see
In nights adorned by stars
A Swan and an Eagle like two brothers,
Peaceably evolving together.
